*-Raw eggs stored above ready to eat foods inside walk-in cooler. The eggs were relocated to the bottom shelf to prevent cross contamination. -Containers of food were stored on the floor inside the walk-in cooler. All food must be 6" off the floor. Corrected On-Site. Repeat Violation.

-Do not hang tongs from the oven handle between uses -Store pizza boxes 6" off the floor in the dry storage room -All food handlers must wear hair restraints (hat, hairnet, etc.)
